Please note that the matching process may take a few weeks, as we carefully review all applications and work to identify the best possible matches based on availability, profiles, and compatibility.
If you need to make any amendments to your application, please send them by email to talent@bist.eu no later than 48 hours after receiving this message.
Although you have entered the matching process, there may be more mentors than mentees (or vice versa). In such cases, we may not be able to find a match for everyone. If this applies to you, you will be placed on a waiting list and may be contacted later if a new match becomes available.
If a match is found for you, we will send you a [peer-user-role] proposal, which you will need to accept by signing a Letter of Commitment. Once signed, you will receive credentials to access the restricted area of the Mentoring Platform, where you can find the contact details of your mentoring partner and all necessary programme materials.
