For Mentors
Share your expertise with the next generation of talented and motivated scientists
Share your experience. Shape the future.
There is an immense pool of talented and motivated researchers in our scientific community.
Many of them face challenges in advancing to leadership roles in academia, or in moving to careers in public policy, social engagement, education, industry, or entrepreneurship.
Having highly trained scientists in all areas of society benefits everyone and your experience can make a real difference.
Through the BIST Mentoring Programme by BIST, you can play a key role in guiding the next generation of researchers.
As a mentor, you will:
- Inspire and support early-career scientists as they define their future
- Gain new perspectives and fresh ideas from the next generation
- Develop your leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Receive professional mentorship training to boost your impact
Your experience can open doors for others and enrich your own career in the process.
